Bayshore’s Growing Wellness Collective

Bayshore has taken yet another step forward into its hip and bohemian flair with a partnership between Omaya Studio and The Warehouse. On July 10, residents and local business owners gathered under the light of the full moon to reset and realign with the rhythms of nature through a sensorial journey.

From grounding breathwork to the final notes of a sound bath, each element was designed to awaken what organizers call the “elemental body,” the parts of ourselves that echo water, fire, earth, air, and spirit. The experience concluded with a sacred herbal tea tasting crafted by Stephanie Wolf of Aura Alchemy, leaving guests sipping while wrapped in calm.

This experience is just one piece of a broader vision unfolding at the Bayshore Warehouse, where Omaya Studio has taken root as the district’s first holistic studio collective. Through monthly programs - ranging from astrology circles and hypnotherapy to hot yoga and hands-on herbalism - founder Joanna Magdanska and Diane Sullivan, the visionary behind the Warehouse and the Bayshore District, are building something more than a wellness hub.

“We’re creating a space where wellness, art, and community meet in a meaningful way,” said Lisandra Duarte of the Bayshore District. “Each event is part of a larger story, one that encourages people to slow down, reconnect, and invest in their well-being.”

In the coming weeks, Bayshore residents can look forward to:

• The New Moon Ceremony on July 24, a fresh-start ritual designed to set intentions and ground goals.

• The launch of the Bayshore Mom Walk Club on July 26, a community initiative inspired by the Naples Girls Club to help moms connect, walk, and explore the district together.

• Ongoing collaborations with Aura Alchemy and Toni Johns, the district’s pioneering hot yoga studio owner, who is expanding her practice into the Warehouse to offer even more accessible wellness classes.

As the lights dimmed and guests drifted out under the night sky, one thing was clear - Bayshore’s transformation into a destination for holistic healing and conscious community is well underway. And it’s just getting started.
