The Bayshore District is waking up the neighborhood once again with electrifying trends, renowned flavors, and a cup of joe they promise you’ve never experienced before. Located inside the Gardenia House at 3248 Bayshore Drive is the Bayshore Bodega, a waterfront café and breakfast lounge.
Lounging implies quietly sipping on coffee to hushed tunes, but the Bodega’s launch was far from conventional coffee shop gatherings. Over 400 guests joined Bayshore’s first-ever Coffee Rave, a global trend combining music, movement, and caffeine.

“The opening of Bayshore Bodega was more than a launch - it was a celebration of everything Bayshore stands for,” said Diane Sullivan. “This District is about community and preserving Old Florida charm while welcoming new growth and innovation. Seeing over 400 people come together on the waterfront proved that Naples believes in Bayshore’s future, and this is only the beginning.”
For more than a decade, Sullivan, Broker of Naples Beach and Bay Realty and Redeveloper of the Bayshore District, has been driving the area’s revival. From opening The Gardenia House in 2017 to founding the Bayshore District nonprofit, Sullivan has worked to anchor the community through real estate, hospitality, and small business support.

Now, through partnerships with renowned creators and redevelopment agencies, Sullivan has helped to create a gathering place where waterfront lifestyle meets international flavors.
“Seeing more than 400 people turn out for Bayshore Bodega’s debut was an incredible moment,” added Chef Colón, the Bodega’s head chef and a recognized culinary figure in Naples. “As a chef and restaurateur, it’s an honor to introduce my menu here on the water, paired with Geisha Coffee by Savage Coffees, which I consider the best in the world. Naples deserves this level of energy, flavor, and experience, and I couldn’t be prouder to help make it happen.”
Bayshore Bodega represents more than just a new café - it marks another milestone in the neighborhood’s transformation. Through ongoing collaboration with the Collier County Bayshore Gateway Triangle CRA, the District’s calendar of events has expanded exponentially, from the annual Tree Lighting Festival to the Bayshore Market. Looking ahead, the first Taste of Bayshore Food Festival is planned for 2026, further positioning the District as a rising destination.
